Astral Projection – 3 Tips to Make the Right Preparations For Deep Relaxation

Abhishek Agarwal asked:

Many people try their level best to astral project, but despite their best attempts they fail. Achieving an astral projection takes time, but you cannot fail at it. The common reason for such failures is the inability to relax deeply.

To astral project successfully, you must learn to relax deeply. Unfortunately, most people rush through the relaxation part of astral projection training, failing to realize its great importance. If you haven’t learned how to relax, you will never learn how to astral project. In fact, you must spend a major portion of your training time in learning how to relax deeply. Just as any other skill, requires time, patience, and plenty of practice.

You go into a trance when your body falls asleep and your mind stays alert and awake. Before astral projecting, you must get into the trance state. And in order to go into a trance, you must first relax as deeply as possible.

1. Your Chair

Before proceeding to relax, choose your chair with care. Of course, you can lie down on your bed, but you might fall asleep before you know it, and you do not want that to happen.

The ideal chair for relaxation is an arm chair with facilities to support your neck and your arms. Remember to place a pillow beneath your feet, because when you slip into a state of deep relaxation, the muscles of your feet are going to relax. The resulting discomfort will jerk you out of the state. Alternatively, you can use a dining chair with a high back.

2. Your Dress

Keep your feet bare or wear loose socks, whichever you feel comfortable in. Your clothes should be as loose and as comfortable as possible. Tight shoes and clothes will not allow your energy and your blood to flow freely, and this will cause you great discomfort.

3. Your Posture

Develop the right posture as it will help you relax deeply. Slumping will make you feel uncomfortable in the long run whereas a good posture leads to a well-balanced body. Poor posture will later lead to a sagging body with resulting discomfort and pain in your joints and your spine. Support your neck and your lower back with a pillow to ensure that your body does not sag during the process of relaxation.

Now you have made the right preparations for relaxation. You are ready to relax deeply, the essential pre-requisite for successful astral projection.
